Basic Egg Noodle Pasta
With a stand mixer and pasta attachment pasta making was never this easier.
|4||Large Eggs (or 7/8 cup cup eggs)|
|3 1⁄2||Cup||sifted all purpose flour|
- Place eggs, water and flour in a mixer bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to Speed2 and mix for 30 seconds.
- Remove flat beater and attach dough hook.
- Turn to speed 2 and knead for 2 minutes. Hand knead dough for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Cover with dry towel and let it rest for 15 minutes before extruding it through pasta maker.
