|3||Cup||rice (Preferable Medium to Short Grain)|
|1 1⁄2||Pound||lbs. Chicken|
|6||Tablespoon||Sesame seeds (optional)|
|8||Tablespoon||soy sauce (4+2+2)|
Cook the rice:
-Bring water and rice to a boil Reduce heat to low and cover Allow to cook for 20 minutes Place rice in fridge, allow to cool.
Cut chicken into bit-sized pieces... cook until done.
-add a few splashes of soy sauce to the chicken while it cooks (I usually hit it with a little garlic powder, salt, & pepper also)
After the rice cools (or while it's still hot if your impatient like me):
-Heat 3 tbs Vegetable oil to med-high in a large pot (preferably nonstick 6 quart).
-Add rice & vegetables
-add 4 Tbs Soy Sauce
-add all spices, seeds, & terriyaki sauce
Let it cook for 10 minutes turning the ingredients every couple of minutes
- add 2 more Tbs Soy before one of the stirs (turns)
Add Chicken and last 2 Tbs Soy
-cook for 5-10 more minutes while continuing to turn.
