Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
|1⁄2||Teaspoon||minced fresh parsley|
Preheat oven to 375`. Rub a little oil and pepper over the surface of each piece of chicken and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven when it is done and set it aside to cool. Melt the butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Saute` onion and celery for 4 to 5 minutes. Dice chicken and add to pot along with remaining ingredients, except noodles. Bring soup to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until carrots are soft. Add noodles and simmer for an additional 15 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
