Rice and ground beef in one dish.
|1⁄2||Cup||uncooked long grain rice|
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1-1/2" balls (or use large cookie scoop). Flatten balls slightly. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; drain. Freeze in plastic bag at this point. When ready to serve, put meatballs in slow cooker or bake in oven with sauce. Combine the following and pour over meatballs: 15 oz. tomato sauce, 1 cup water, 2 T brown sugar, and 2 t Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or cook in slow cooker until done.
