How to cook Pasta?
Add 1 Tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil to 6 quarts boiling water. Gradually add pasta and continue to cook at a slow boil until the pasta is slightly firm to the bite or "al dente". Pasta ocassionally floats on top of water as it cooks, so keep stirring it to keep the pasta cooking evenly. When done drain in a colander.
